"Service, Committment, Excellence"
We also provide complete reproductive work and artificial insemination services for your breeding mare and stallion. If you are breeding your mare this year call today to discuss any pre-breeding workups she might need. Certain breed associations recommend specific testing and vaccinations for stallions before semen is shipped. Stallion owners should research those requirements, if any, with their association and secure any permits required for shipping semen prior to the start of the 2011 breeding season. See our Spring Equine Vaccination sheet for the breeding package.
Some owners call them Old Dobbin; we call them Pasture Puffs. He’s that special retired horse that has earned his place in your pasture. Thanks to modern care horses are living longer lives, and as our horses owners, we need to be aware of those needs. If you have questions about Cushings or Insulin Resistance visit with Dr. Baldridge and Dr. Thompson about possible testing and management practices for your Pasture Puff.
Equine Vaccination Packages will be available again beginning in March. Packages are designed to provide the level of protection your horse needs- whether it's a stay at the farm retired horse or one that is on the road to shows and rodeos.
Mare owners, are you going to be breeding your mare this year? Now is the time to find out what, if any, testing the stallion owner requires before a shipment is made.
